This pre 9/11 film about a group of corporate colleagues trapped in the basement of a skyscraper after an explosion deals with the stark tension that develops between two opposing camps of executives. Frank's dark jazzy score of trumpet, alto flute, piano, bass and percussion enhances the slowly building tension in the cramped quarters of an abandoned fallout shelter.
